Now, as I see it......

Nessie

The weather caught up with us today. We went over to Teignmouth for a walk along the front but it was bitterly cold and with a strong wind blowing; even well wrapped up as we were, we only managed about twenty minutes before we decided it was time to move on to something a bit warmer. Before we did, I took this shot of The Ness, the cliff at the Shaldon side of the Teign Estuary, and an extra of the pier looking rather sad at this time of year.

We headed off to Bovey Tracey where W was born and visited the Arts Centre there; a gallery and shop for local artists to display their work where there are always some beautiful objects on display and there is a very nice cafe. After a walk around the town in heavy snow, we headed back to the accommodation where I watched the rugby. I don't think we'll be going far this evening (and fortunately there is a very good pub next door to where we are staying!).
