Bantry Bay Sunset

It's HImself's birthday and we have gone wild and visited the cinema in the afternoon!! We went to see Mary Magdalene starring a superb gnarled Joaquin Phoenix as Jesus and pale and solemn Rooney Mara as Mary. The reviews have been rather underwhelming but we both enjoyed it - no razzamatazz, amazing photography and some interesting things to ponder on. Did you know MM was now offically recognised on the same level as the Apostles? Since 2016 apparently. Unfortunately our neighbour was noisily ploughing his way through a colossal bag of crisps, slurping on his coke and even looking at his phone. Why?

It was still light when we came out and some amazing skies and reflections going on.

No snow with us but it's been bitter.
