Mr Iron Man!

So honoured and humbled to have shared the track this weekend with the infamous Mr. Jihn Wragg of the famous 'Iron Couple'. Hw has completed every Iron Man since inception, over 250. He met his wife at an Iron Man and she has 84 under her belt....so impressive and awe-inspiring. He is shooting for 300 and she is aiming for 100! Wow! I will never make 1. I will stick with my Iron Girl Sprint Triathlons. Unfortunately my hips won't let me run more than a 5 k. Feeling fabulous after our busy and very successful weekend earning our indoor track cycling certification with John.
