War Memorial, Barr Beacon

one of the highest points in the local area, Barr Beacon was a bit raw to walk around this afternoon, despite the improving conditions.  This was on the way back after I'd been to the physio for my third treatment.  I quickly put the drone up to give this perspective, looking north towards Cannock Chase.  I was careful to keep distance from the flag, which was flapping in the strong breeze.

At least progress is being made with regard to the treatment.  It also seems I have been over doing homework and have bruises on my back from some of the exercises.  The sceptic in me wondered whether the pummelling I had last Friday was the cause!
