Hummingbird feeder

One of my projects today was to clean, scrub with a wire brush and then sand one of my hummingbird feeders.

It didn’t seem to be sealed properly and was constantly going black with mold no matter what I did to keep it clean.

It has now been thoroughly bleached and all loose paint stripped from it and now the first coat of white paint is on there.

I will put two or three coats of white ant then paint around the openings. Haven’t decided just what I’ll paint yet. I’ll then finish it off with clear paint

Another rainy windy day so a good one for working inside.
