Polar - My new fitness pal

I have had my new heart rate monitor a week now. Since my sweetie and i are guilty of crazy cardio workouts (as encouraged in our fav book 'Younger Next Year') the book insists we get a monitor and pay attention to the readings and work within our target ranges. I don't particularly need a fitness tracker but it comes with this version of heart rate monitor. Mine is on my wrist and clearly shows (and buzzes when you it different zones), my sweetie opted for the band around the high part of the chest paired with his phone in view - the graphs and stats are stunning. His heart rate recovery is so impressive. Both of ours are the Polar brand out of Finland - we love the data they gather!
