Pecan Pies

Today was a day of Pecan Pie making.  I made 4 pies today.  While making the pies I continued to binge watch "Shetland" and I had Tuscan Grain Salad for lunch.  Late afternoon I delivered a pie to each of my three neighbours - Jim, Runyon and the Keeters who are my backyard neighbours.

The pie making has pretty much taken my whole day.  I have ironed the MS Society table cloth and some Walk MS t-shirts & Bike MS t-shirts for our table at the Health Fair at UNC-W tomorrow.
