Colours and lines

We both independently thought of a David Hockney painting when we saw this, although I can't think of a particular one it resembles. It's just the colours and lines I think.

I took this photo in l'Estartit, which is otherwise a very dull place. Although I dare say it has a certain ambiance in the summer, it's dead at this time of year. We didn't spend long there, just called in on our way back from the ruins of the Iberian settlement at Ullastret, which in principle are much more picturesque and interesting. But somehow I liked this photo better than any of the ones I took there.

I don't usually say so, but it's better in large.
