Art and culture was on the agenda for our Liverpool trip too.

Mrs H booked us all tickets to see the Terracotta Warriors at the World Museum which was amazing.  I have added a couple more as extras.

I then took myself off to the Tate Modern (they wanted to shop instead!), and although two of the levels were closed due to new installations, there was a feature gallery on Roy Lichtenstein, my favourite pop artist. Bonus!  Saw my all time fave (added it as an extra) and some stuff I'd not seen before that was terrific.
