A rare opportunity to relax with half of our family today, as they brave the chill of a Scottish Easter. A decently long day with them meant our getting up horribly early and driving through sleet and snow (at Harthill) to get to Edinburgh, but the welcome made it worthwhile.

Since I took this, we’ve visited two galleries of Modern Art, answered a great many questions about anatomical details as portrayed in same, and achieved the daily 10,000 step target. Tired?
