WideAngle Wednesday: Structure

Yesterday my Editor took the train to Macclesfield to visit her Mum and to start the process of sorting her house: Mum-in-Law had to go into a care home a year ago and now we're busy selling her house to fund the fees for the home.
 
I stayed back for camera club business yesterday and drove to Macclesfield this morning to help her for a couple of days. I took the scenic route for the later part of the journey - leaving the M1 at Barnsley and driving over the hills (A628 Woodhead Pass, then through Glossop, New Mills and Whaley Bridge) - it's much nicer than grinding along the motorways the whole way and actually shortens the trip by several miles.
 
It also gave me the chance to stop and take my Widwed shot - the topic is "Structure": the structures here are the dam of Torside reservoir at the junction of the A628 and the B6105 (occupying the left side of the photo) and the retaining wall for the A628 towards the centre back and right of the photo (the lower wall shores up the start of the B road as it peels off the A road and runs down to cross over the dam).
 
As you'll realise, it's a cropped fisheye shot; in view of the inclement weather I decided that it's more effective in Monochrome. Don't worry, although it may look like snow it was actually just very wet.
