If you can't beat them...

Tewet Tarn.

In the afternoon Clickychick suggested that as we had both been spending a lot of time inside (and the weather was good) we should go for a walk.  Tewet Tarn seemed a good destination.  The ground was to say the least a little damp under foot.

On the walk I noticed the hill flocks of Swaledales had started lambing, dead on time.  Traditionally the Tups (Rams) go in the flock on Bonfire night which starts lambing at the earliest 1st April.

The tarn is popular with photographers, there were three with tripods there when we arrived.  Fortunately they left before too long as one insisted on leaving his bag open, no problem apart from the fact it was lined in bright yellow and stood out like a sore thumb.

The blip is the tarn and looking across towards that mountain I always seem to be posting blips of.  You know the one I am sure.
