The spoils!

It has been an awesome day! We went to Wembley on a coach to watch Lincoln City  play Shrewsbury Town in the EFL Trophy final. Shrewsbury are a riding high in the division above Lincoln so it was going to be a challenge. One that the Mighty Imps were very much up to, as it turned out! Yesterday may have been all about the Comeback Kings, but today it was the turn of those with the tenacity to take an early lead and then cling on!

Oh, and I won a box of delicious hand-made fudge in the raffle on the coach down to Wembley. Well actually it was Brian's ticket that was drawn out, but he doesn't like fudge!
