Bloomin' Fools

Some species of prickly pear cactus are in full bloom.  This is my Grizzly, which is quite aptly named. You can see these flowers surrounded by buds.  The entire plant is now covered.  I'll have to take a long view shot soon.  You won't be able to see much flower detail that way but you'll see what I see out of my window.  

For the next little while I'll have to try to get to the camera club to work on blips.  Hopefully, I won't get any further behind in posting than I usually do!  Computer goes to the Geek Squad this afternoon.
