Another driver!

Thomas had a busy morning - I took him to the barber first thing this morning, as school starts tomorrow. He had to be back this afternoon however, as he had pre-term orchestra rehearsals . After the visit to the barber we quickly came home and then his driving instructor came to collect him to take him for his driving test. Thomas was originally booked to take the test during the May half term, but on the off chance we managed get a booking today due to cancellations, and as his driving was going rather well, his instructor said he should go for it. And go for it he did and we now have another qualified driver in the family! He has done well to pass it sooner than expected and now he can concentrate on the summer exams - no more external AS exams since the government changed the system but these internal exams are very important as prediction markers for university applications.

I am about to go back to school in a short while as I have a committee meeting tonight, so its also been a busy day for me. 

It's been very breezy all day but definitely warmer. I have a a photography day in London on Friday and the weather is looking so good, what a relief as we will hopefully be able to get some good sunset shots.
