Ony Bristol could have a graffitied area in a cemetery. And what a great message - if only we could.

I'm still back blipping and now staying with Serpentine who I met through Blip many years ago. The action-packed adventures continue and we had a wonderful browse around this vast sprawling cemetery, opened in the early Victorian period and covering 46 acres! It's full of wonders including the café which is now housed in an ex crematorium! Go down to the loos and you pass the original 1920s ovens!  Excellent cakes though. RobBris50  blipped this recently, so apologies Rob but I couldn't resist it.

We also went out to investigate a holy well - naturally! This one was in an unexpected wooded area off an industrial estate. It's dedicated to St Anne and was once incredibly important and had a spectacular chapel with candles said to be 80ft high (that can't be right can it??)  Once visited by Henry VII it was also dedicated to sailors. A gang of very loud dog lovers were lurking nearby which didn't add to the atmosphere but one did help me lift the lid off the well to get a better look - see Serpentine's  action shot. And look Scribbler - clooties!  Scribbler is introducing the concept to Portland, Oregon!

We also had another excellent mooch around another graveyard (sorry B I can't remember where this was) and found this unique and fascinating gravestone to Scipio Africanus. There's just no end to the excitements.
