Arcade Fire

An early train down to Glasgow with no worries about getting there ,such a difference from a month ago when everywhere was covered in snow.
Mike had a long phone call /meeting in the afternoon so I went for a walk in Kelvingrove Park.I sat in the sun, yes sun ! and had my lunch.The blossom and daffodils were out and looked wonderful.I was just going to se an exhibition at the museum but decided to go for a walk along the River Kelvin as it was so nice.Spotted a dipper and a grey wagtail. Walked as far as the bottom of the Botanics and then walked back to the museum and met Richard.
Mike joined us and we had a very tasty meal in the restaurant ‘ Chelsea Market’ .
On to the SSC Hydro so see Arcade Fire.We had seats so had a great view of the screens and the fantastic light show.We could see most of the stage although a section at the front was blocked by the lights but seeing as the stage, a boxing ring,was in the centre we got to see all of the band as they moved around the ring.
A walk back to the hotel after and my feet and legs were really painful by then !
