Frosty dandelions

When we left yesterday to go to my son's house, it was 73F here at home; when we got to his house a little over four hours away it was 38F..and the wind was blowing cold, cold air.    This morning when the sun came up I walked outside with the dogs to get some photos in the frost.     They looked so sparkly in the sunshine.  

I can't remember ever having frost on the dandelions at my house!
