Gently down the stream

Made for walking

Today BobsBlips' Wide Wed challenge was 'Movement'.  Maybe he's hoping for movement in the photo, but I've chosen to put the movement in the subject/s.  I had an early physio appointment this morning then rattled into town on the way home.  That's when I took this.  It was beautiful sunshine, then it wasn't.  The rain scattered people (including me) in all sorts of ways, while a lovely guitarist gently picked out 'Singin' in the Rain' followed by 'The Teddy Bears' Picnic'.  Hilarious!

Clicked the shutter on this not more than 10 minutes after the rain stopped.  You can see how quickly the pavements dried.  I liked the way everyone was busily absorbed in their own bubble.

Oh, and I've added an Extra because I loved the way the guy in the tartan shorts was gesticulating and the lady in her wheelchair not moving.

This afternoon I went round to Old Gent.  He is worried about his meds and his diabetes, the remote for his fan which has decided to die over the winter, and Alexa who keeps telling him she can't play the music he's requested but will add to his shopping list.  This last confuses even me.

Thanks so much to Bob for the challenge.

And have a great evening, all  xx
