Long tailed tits

Something tasty in the birch trees helped the long tailed tits to overcome their usual timidity and allow me to get a few shots. There was quite a flock of them, maybe 20 who performed acrobatics for about 5 minutes. I have been trying to get a clear capture for a long time but they are usually rather evasive.

I also have a few more wallpaper candidates, but I thought this shot deserved priority over them. I was just lucky with the light as it has been dull and overcast all day, the warm front is arriving. We are expecting autumn back on Wednesday.

The kitchen tap is installed and operational + long awaited hooks for cups.
