First time out with a 'proper' camera, and that with a long lens cos I can't 'zoom with my feet' at the moment.

The Marsh Marigolds have blazed out of the pond during my absence, illuminating a dark corner.

Spent the night on the settee again as it's the most comfortable place to try and sleep. Have to get used to waking every 2 hours to ease muscle pain and cramp. Muscles ARE easing slowly.

Gill and Geoffrey came for a good chat this afternoon bringing flowers.

Archie and Laura came too with a bunch of rainbow coloured tulips to cheer me up.

I hope to do them justice tomorrow.

Len is making spag bol for tea. Yum.
