This little piggy.....

....cleared the garden!  This cute little guy and his pal live in the garden one down from our allotment.  It's a large garden and it hasn't been gardened in the time we have lived on the street, so a long time.  The new owners have brought in the pigs and they are doing a brilliant job of clearing the ground for them.  It's also good to have the background noise of them snuffling and grunting and talking to each other.

We did a big litter pick this morning as we won't be doing it again for a while, then Jenny invited us to lunch which gave us chance to catch up and to hand over house watching.  Once back from Spoons Tony disappeared to the allotment and I dodged the showers to mow the grass. 

It was Hobblers night and the FB page was busy with folks deciding what to do when.  The upshot was that several wanted to have another go at the hill reps so we jogged to St Ives and did three circuits of the course which Tony had set up.  There is lots of research hailing the benefits of social exercise such as this and I am certainly enjoying being out with good women, pushing ourselves to train harder.
