There are a number of these type of thingies scattered around town. Somebody saw this one:-

and asked who was responsible?
I'm not sure if PBS (Penrith Building Society) actually are the "Community gardeners" or the gardeners are merely pointing out the location of this one.
ONE DAY I'll remember to have a look around.
