Sunny sunflowers (and white roses)

These are the lovely flowers that Darcie, Keith and Jackson sent me yesterday.

Apart from my daily trip to the hospital for my radiotherapy treatment, I have spent the day indoors, planning and organising (at a distance...) I took a mid-afternoon break from my computer screen when Ella called round for a cup of tea.

We had a funny few minutes this morning when I received a hand-made get well card signed with a set of names that I did not recognise. It took a while for me to realise that my blipfriend KJD and her family were sending me their best wishes. What a lovely surprise!

Exercise today: walking (11,708 steps); sit-ups, weights, and stretches.
