SO NEAR YET SO FAR!

On Saturday because the weather was so foggy over here on the North Coast, we decided to travel across the county and visit Pentewan near Mevagissey.  We had heard that it was a good place to find some sea glass.  (We have both been very busy recently so needed a day off!)

Unfortunately it was mobbed and no parking places in this small village so quick change of plan and travelled just up the coast to Mevagissey where we have been many times.

So instead of the usual harbour capture we walked up many steps to find this lovely quiet vista .  Little Oscar climbed all the steps much to my surprise but of course he was then completely pooped.   As we are trying not to spend  money we shared a portion of chips overlooking the above.

Mr A drove the Mini back enjoying the drive.  Oscar travels very well in his own little bed next to Phoebe.  They of course have car restraints.

Today (Sunday) we have the glorious sunshine and plan to buy a good grow bag as we enjoy our own tomatoes.
