Celebrations ran high after Cardiff drew the match against Reading 0-0 whilst chasers, Fulham, lost to relegation strugglers Birmingham City 3-1.

The promotion means Cardiff City FC will earn about £190 million next year and near £290 million if they stay in the Premier League after next season (source Bristol Post) It will put them in the top 30 richest football clubs in the World!!

My pre-season bets with three bookmakers that they'd get automatic promotion, against large odds) will pay out later today!
