Bee in the yellow gorse

The weather is still beautiful in Edinburgh, as are the cycle paths which are now full of colour. I captured this bee in the gorse this morning.

I'm still keeping to the plan. This afternoon it included a walk to the charity shop to donate some of the bits and pieces from yesterday's clear-out. Afterwards I succumbed to a little nap having not slept terribly well the last few nights. I keep waking up rather thirsty. I hope that the rest this afternoon won't cause problems with getting off to sleep tonight. We'll see...

Exercise today: walking (11,434 steps recorded, but the actual figure should be greater because I forgot to wear my watch on the trip to the charity shop; bike ride along the Raeburn path).
