Tiny fly

Perfect for Tiny Tuesday: this fly* was sitting on our bedroom wall. It was really teeny - about 2mm wide - so was pleased to get it as focused as I did, enabling me to see its fluffiness and spotty wings. It's smaller than a clothes moth (unless there is more than one kind?) and so far I've been unable to identify it. Any suggestions? Thanks to Riwaka7 for hosting this week's TT challenge.

*Title and text updated since knowledgable blipper Swarnog kindly told me this is a fly, not a moth!

Was up at 6am today and completed a huge pile of ironing in the cool of the day, while a heavy sea mist swirled round the windows. It's now warm and sunny again, but with more breeze than yesterday, so not quite as hot.

PS The texture of the background makes it look is if our walls had woodchip paper on them; they haven't - this is simply the texture of the painted walls, which goes to show how very small the moth is, such is the magnification!
