" OH HAPPY DAY"

As some of you know we were celebrating 49 years married and were blessed with glorious sunshine all day.

We went down to Holywell Bay which is quite close to us.  It was very quiet with just a few families taking advantage of the sun.  Oscar and Phoebe enjoyed sniffing the entire beach while we gathered things of interest.

In the evening we had a wonderful meal out at "Silks" a champagne bar in Newquay.  As it's all done in the Art Deco theme it is a lovely place to eat glorious food.

Today it is back to the usual, rain, chores etc.  Oh well it is Friday and I know all the working souls will be longing for the weekend.
