Stunning day

The bees were so busy today, streaming in and out of their hives. There is obviously a nectar flow somewhere, and our Horse Chestnut is just open so it could be that. We decided to prepare new supers for each hive in the hope of Spring honey! Also we are away for some weeks and wouldn't want them to run out of storage space.
