Asparagus Flowers Are Tiny ....

.... asparagus beetle eggs are even smaller. One can be seen stuck firmly to the flower in my image. These red and black beetles home in on MrQ's asparagus crop in the glasshouses every year. I don't mind the beetles but I'm not fond of their slimy grey larvae.
