Taking the Rough with the Smooth

Thursday's Abstract theme is texture. These are both showing texture and offering to texture and retexture. Various grades of sandpaper, from course grit P40 through P80, P120 to a fine P180, with a P80 Aluminium Oxide to balance the left side. To accentuate the variety of texture, I've wrapped them around a tube and gone for a tight depth of field and shot under daylight. As abstracts go it's pure image, there're no filter or distortion effects. And now I'm off for a bit of a rub lie down...
