Dark days

My only opportunity to get a photo today. Used my lunchtime for a shorter run again. Good to be outside in the sun but my leg is still giving me problems.

Got stuck in the regular traffic jam again on the way home. Really looking forward to the end of these 'temporary' (since July) traffic lights, though it looks as if two more lots of roadworks are on their way.

Made it to Zumba and had a great time with only three of us in the class due to half term. Made sure I was directly behind the instructor so I could attempt to copy her moves.
