Dragon and damsels

A lot of damselflies about today and a few dragonflies.  The damselflies were busy mating and the dragonflies were busy defending their territory.

The goslings are growing up fast, and very accomplished at line swimming.

In my extras are a blue tailed damselfly, a large red damselfly and the geese and goslings.

Good news on my foot!  After it being pain free since last Saturday I now have the go ahead to try a light jog!  Warm up, 30 sec jog, 5 min walk and repeat (although the shoulder will not be happy it will be good to see what happens).  I do feel a bit apprehensive!
