Couch Potato to 5K

There's not many of you less fit than me, BUT I hope to improve!

I've downloaded the NHS app onto my phone and I'll see how much I can do. #"2 Daughter has shown me how I can repeat stages until I'm ready to move up a level. I've seen quite a few of my Blipmates get out and do this. Hopefully it will also fit in with my 30 days wild blipping, starting tomorrow.

I would also like to get in my 6K steps each day and reduce me weight which is 9st.12lb.
