HOT!

Peter’s graduation best the heat wave by one day as the temperatures rose yesterday and it is still just as hot today. It was already quite warm when we set out for Ozzie’s walk this morning, so we took him down to the creek to chase sticks in the water instead.

OilMan and I went down to Flying Goat for an Aztec Mocha but we haven’t done anything much more energetic than read the Sunday papers since then . The family is supposed to come over to celebrate Peter’s birthday but OilMan isn’t feeling too chipper so we’ll see how he feels when he wakes up from his nap. It’s not a good sign that he is cold and curled up under a blanket...
