Trendy

You can hardly move for tapas bars around here nowadays. A new one has opened in Lagrasse, taking over the space that used to be a quirky museum of the early 20th century, featuring among other things a massive collection of dolls, a model railway, and a reproduction tramcar which you could sit in while it bumped and wobbled with full sound effects.

All that has gone now, replaced with the standard trendy tapas bar look, only slightly spoiled by the rather naff painted mural of Lagrasse which they evidently weren't allowed to paint over. Service a bit slow, but it was good value for money. Full marks for the moules au gratin with yummy garlic butter.

PS It hasn't rained at all today ...we had lunch in the garden.
