Definitely ...

... Orchid Time.

The brightest spots on a dull day.  A day enlivened by a visit from Sally, so a mini blipmeet.  Good to chat .... and despite the chill in the air outside, it was warm in the Summerhouse.   Either side of that a couple of hours at basketball with Jamie gave me some time with other friends and a trip into the city with Jacinta for some essential supplies.  A full and a good day.
