Setting off for home

Up at 0530, left B&B at 0610, joined ferry queue at 0625 before easy crossing from Tarbert to Uig on Skye.

It rained all day and it was cold.

The journey was very slow and there was a lot of traffic.

Too many tourists on Skye and the mainland.

At Spean Bridge I had soup in a soulless cafe and then a sleep in the car.

I arrived in Inveranan at 5.10pm. This is a farmhouse B&B and nothing is out of place!

My blip is from a brief stop in a lay-by south of Glencoe to show one of the wonderful, dramatic clouds.
