Reflections

Well it was certainly a wild and windy night as Storm Hector showed his venom.
Pleasantly surprised to see no damage done to the caravan or surrounding area but l hear other parts of the U.K. have suffered.
By midday it was a return to blue skies and sunshine, my extra showing the last of the grey and ominous clouds making way for the new weather front.
We drove to Porthmadog for a few bits including a ginger and rhubarb gin liquor which wasn’t on the list :-)
We then stopped off at Criccieth on the way back where l took both of today’s photographs.
We parked on the seafront and walked up into the town.
Went to a newish tearoom that l had seen every time as we drive through the high street and had made a mental note to call there at some point, so today we did.
Very nice indeed, lovely decor, food and service.
Next into an art and crafts shop where l was tempted to buy a boiled wool coat but resisted.
Enjoyed the walk around, it really is a pretty little place and it often feels like going back in time when we visit.
Just before setting off l noticed this reflection in the art and picture framing shop on the corner.
I was hoping to get the castle in the reflection but the direction of the sun wasn’t going to allow that but obliged in the second window around the corner.
