Tying up to the dock

I've only seen a float plane come into Fulford harbour once before.  Interesting to see the man guide the plane close to the dock then tie it up.
Extras:  Turning the plane into the dock then guiding it close to be tied up.

Anyone know if these planes are berthed or parked?  Good question from another blipper.  :)
