End of a long day

A long 800 km drive has brought us to a campsite about 30km from Calais.

We arrived at about 6.45pm French time at a campsite almost totally full of British.  Our plan was to have a meal in the restaurant then settle down to watch the England vs Belgium World Cup match in the bar.

Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked until 8pm (when the match started) and at 8pm there were no tables where we could see the TV.  We had no food we could cook so we were getting a bit worried until Jane spotted that they did take away Kebabs and Frites.

After a quick beer the food was ready for us to take back to the van where I set up the satellite dish to watch the football.   

Sorted!

All we need now is a goal
