Food Heaven

Our stop over in Southern Burgundy, on Saturday night.

Phillipe Michel ,  a Master Chef of France, is a genius with food.
His wife Elizabeth welcolmed us as old friends. 
Such a delight to see he was even more creative tonight, and the tastes explode on your tongue.   Sheer   heaven.

The cheese course:   Tuile Gorganzola aux poires pains d' epice.
The dessert:  La fraise: Biscuit pate a choux, mousse legere a la fraise, sorbet Perrier menthe  brunoise de Gariguette et son eau.
Entree:    Pate croute de voaille foie gras.
