I went to meet a friend at lunch today, someone I've known for over 15 years but haven't seen in the last 12 months.  We chatted like we'd only met up the previous week.  

On the walk back to the office I stopped to take a look at the flowers and love the fact that when I look now back and see this blip, I'll be reminded of our lovely lunch together and the fact that we were in the middle of a heatwave.
