Number Plates.

While walking with the dogs along the railway path above the old gunpowder factory, we came across these car number plates.
I can only think that someone is up to no good. Apart from the litter issue, I can only think that this number of plates were acquired feloniously.

Google tells me that the LKL one came from a black Ford Fiesta that passed its MOT in March in spite of a dent in the NSF wheel and perished rear tyres. It's also missed two manufacturers recalls. There's no mention of it having been stolen though.
