Behind the lens

Last interview before I have a few days off.

It was Sunday Politics Scotland again and I suggested yet another stunning backdrop in Argyll & Bute - the viewpoint  on the A8003 Tighnabruaich road which looks over the Kyles of Bute down towards Colintraive , with the Ayrshire coast behind. 

It was a little overcast but the midges weren't out in force, though a few were  biting.   I noticed when I saw the recording afterwards  that at one stage I had to brush one of them off my nose - fortunately when the  picture was more of the studio than me.
