Corny?

A busy ol day today, up fairly early as we had to take our car in for its service in Horwich.

Went in the new Next store, really nice, hub spent more than me ;-), they also have a lovely Costa Coffee in there too! Had to pass the time somehow :-D

Stopped off to grab a few shots, liked this one best, off the rows of corn.

Called in to see daughter briefly on our way home, then some watering, before making a batch of gooseberry crumbles for freezing, and another 3 jars of jam!! Thats most of the soft fruit picked......other than gooseberries and tomatoes ;-)

Off quizzing tonight......our friends came third last week without us, so a bit more for our christmas kitty ;-) Think it might be a light tea, tomatoes on toast sounds good to me :-)
