Gospel Pass revisited

With Janet engrossed in the refurbished Kew Gardens in London there was only one thing for me to do. So I did. Nice 140 mile bimble around the Brecons National Park and up and over the Gospel Pass, with half a dozen others from the 4CB biker group.

This was taken from up near Hay Bluff, which is behind us, looking west. A grand view. In the foreground, and almost invisible, are the remaining impressions from an ancient stone circle.

Back home and I've gone out to the greenhouse and picked a couple of this year's chillis for the mince beef and mushroom bolognese. Eating some tonight I realise these are pretty fine chillis! Toilet rolls are now cooling in the freezer...

Extra is the route of today's run.
