Lavender Field

Today I drove into Hampshire to a farm that advertised itself as 'lavender fields'.  When I got there, it was one field and was mixed with wild flowers as well...  It was a working farm, so of course as it was very crowded facilities were limited too!

Add to that the 'professional photographer' demanding that people should 'stay  out of of her view' and also not take pictures of her clients'!   Grrr - why didn't she go during the week??

At least I've filled my yearning for the smell of lavender now :)

When I got home I fell asleep for a good hour...hoping I will sleep better tonight after all that lavender too :)
