High Tide at Blakeney

This morning we headed off to Blakeney. A bit of a mooch around the shops and galleries first, and W bought a couple of things, one for the house and one for our holiday later in the year. Next a walk into the marshes; we didn't do the full circle to Cley as the last mile up the road spoils the walk a bit, so we went about half way and then turned round to walk back and retrace our steps. Lunch at the Blakeney Hotel followed; very pleasant it was too, in lovely surroundings.

We've had a fairly lazy afternoon but are going out tonight to eat at a tiny new Italian restaurant in town.
